Welcome to the homepage of the Missouri Zeta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.  We are the leading fraternity on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University.  Our fraternity is the original fraternal organization on campus founded over 100 years ago in 1891 as the Webster Society.  We were one of the first Greek-Lettered Fraternities on the Southeast campus, becoming a chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon National Fraternity in 1953.

SigEp is recognized as a premier student organization on campus.  Our fraternity prides itself on being a balanced organization.  We welcome men who represent the four principles of the Balanced Man Program - Leaders, Scholars, Athletes, and Gentlemen.  Our chapter is different - No Hazing, No Pledging.  This is what sets us apart as a leading fraternal organization at Southeast and in the National Greek System.

We recruit men who have vision and a desire to improve themselves with an association with other success-oriented individuals.  We realize that together, we can encourage one another to strive for excellence in all walks of life.  Our brotherhood challeges one another to be the best and set an example for the fraternity system and the entire campus.  We strive to be leaders at Southeast Missouri State, competitors on the intramural fields, diligent students in the classroom, and men with universal respect for self and others.  Sigma Phi Epsilon is the leading fraternity at Southeast and nationally.  We are always looking for men who want to be a part our brotherhood, which is why we recruit year-round.  If you are interested in joining our chapter please visit the Recruitment Section of this website and find out how you can become a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
